- Mix the cooked chicken with buffalo sauce in a mixing bowl until evenly coated.
- Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Divide the buffalo chicken evenly among the tortillas and top with chopped Romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, shredded carrot, green onions, and diced avocado.
- Drizzle yogurt Caesar dressing over each wrap, adjusting the amount to your taste.
- Fold sides of the tortilla toward the center and roll tightly like a burrito to seal.
- Serve cold, or warm lightly in a skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
