Method
 

Preparation
  1. Mix the cooked chicken with buffalo sauce in a mixing bowl until evenly coated.
  2. Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  3. Divide the buffalo chicken evenly among the tortillas and top with chopped Romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, shredded carrot, green onions, and diced avocado.
  4. Drizzle yogurt Caesar dressing over each wrap, adjusting the amount to your taste.
  5. Fold sides of the tortilla toward the center and roll tightly like a burrito to seal.
  6. Serve cold, or warm lightly in a skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  7. Slice in half and serve immediately.
