Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C) while preparing the chicken.

  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Rub all over with olive oil and drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
  4. Generously rub the lemon pepper mixture on all sides of the chicken breasts.
Cooking
  1. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink inside but still tender.
  2. Spoon the sauce over the chicken and serve immediately with fresh chopped parsley and lemon wedges.
