Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse the mixed berries under cold water and gently pat them dry.
  2. Chop the fresh herbs finely.
  3. Wash and dry the greens thoroughly.
Cooking
  1. In a large bowl, combine the berries and chopped herbs.
  2. Add the greens to the bowl and toss gently.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, then toss again.
Serving
  1. Transfer the salad to a serving platter or individual bowls.
  2. Serve immediately or chill for a short time before serving.

Notes

Store leftover salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days. Keep dressing separate until ready to serve to avoid sogginess.
