Preparation
- In a small bowl, combine brown sugar or honey, soy sauce, and teriyaki sauce until incorporated; set aside.
- In a large skillet or pot, bring about 4 quarts of water to a rolling boil.
- Add the spaghetti; stir and cook until al dente, about 10 minutes. Drain and toss in sesame oil.
Cooking
- In the same pan, melt the butter. Add carrots and celery, cooking for about 3-4 minutes until soft. Season with salt & pepper.
- Add shrimp and cook until no longer pink, about 2-3 minutes. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add spaghetti to the pan and toss everything with tongs. Pour in the sauce mix and heat through until it simmers.
- Remove from heat and serve, topping with Sriracha for those who like it spicy.
Notes
To enhance cooking experience: Prepare ingredients beforehand and avoid overcrowding the pan.
