  • 1 clove garlic Mince before adding.
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter Should be at room temperature.
  • 8 ounces full fat cream cheese Should be at room temperature.
  • 1/2 cup fresh parmesan, grated Provides tanginess to the spread.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt Enhances overall flavor.
  • 1/4 teaspoon black or white pepper Adjust to taste.
  • 2 teaspoons dried fines herbes Rub between fingers before adding.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Mince the garlic and add it to a food processor.
  2. Add butter, cream cheese, grated parmesan, salt, and pepper to the food processor.
  3. Rub the dried fines herbes between your fingers and sprinkle them into the processor.
  4. Pulse until the mixture is smooth and creamy in texture.
  5. Taste the mixture and adjust seasonings as desired, then pulse again until fully combined.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl or airtight container and serve with crostini, vegetables, or crackers.

Notes

Use high-quality ingredients for the best flavor. Let the cheese sit in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving for enhanced flavor. Garnish with additional herbs or a drizzle of olive oil for a special touch.
