Ingredients
  

  • 4 ounces spicy chili peppers
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Equipment

  • food processor For blending the ingredients.
  • Small pot For heating the sauce.

Method
 

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a small pot and heat over medium-low.
  3. Simmer for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  4. Cool and adjust the flavor with more salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Store in a sealable jar in the refrigerator.
