Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the corn tortillas into triangles.
- Brush or spray both sides of the tortilla triangles with vegetable oil.
Baking
- Arrange the triangles in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden and crisp.
- Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with salt.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve your chips while they’re warm and freshly baked. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Freeze cooled chips in a freezer-safe bag for up to three months.
