  • 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil Consider olive oil for a healthier option.
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt Experiment with smoked salt for an extra kick.
  • 1 tablespoon Seasoning (optional) Can include chili powder, garlic powder, or lime zest.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the corn tortillas into triangles.
  3. Brush or spray both sides of the tortilla triangles with vegetable oil.
Baking
  1. Arrange the triangles in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden and crisp.
  3. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with salt.
  4. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve your chips while they’re warm and freshly baked. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Freeze cooled chips in a freezer-safe bag for up to three months.
