Preparation
- In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic to create the marinade.
- Place chicken thighs in a dish and pour marinade over them.
- Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best flavor.
Cooking
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the marinated chicken thighs on a baking sheet, skin side up.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice glaze.
- Optional: Turn on the broiler for the last 5 minutes to crisp the skin.
Notes
Make sure to allow the chicken to marinate properly for maximum flavor penetration. Serve with steamed vegetables or rice for a complete meal.
