- In a bowl, combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in the marinade, coating them fully. Let sit for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and golden brown, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Drizzle the leftover honey garlic glaze over the chicken before serving.
Notes
For best results, marinate for at least 30 minutes, do not overcrowd the pan, and allow the chicken to rest after cooking.
