  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.

  3. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator).
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
