Method
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, and lemon juice.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place them skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the honey mustard mixture over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
This recipe is great for meal prep and leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
