Ingredients
  

  • 4 fillets salmon
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, and lemon juice.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place them skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the honey mustard mixture over the top of each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.
