Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Lightly grease a 9-inch baking dish and set it aside.
  3. In a large bowl, stir together the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
  4. Add ½ cup of the grated cheddar cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, ground mustard, salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Stir until fully incorporated.
  5. Gently fold in the chopped lump crab meat, being careful not to break it up too much.
  6. Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with the remaining grated cheddar cheese.
Baking
  1. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until edges are hot and bubbly, and the top is golden.
Serving
  1. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm alongside pita chips, vegetables, or crackers.

Notes

Can prepare the dip a day in advance and store in the refrigerator. Best served warm. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
