Method
 

Preparation
  1. Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a large bowl and cover them with buttermilk. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Dredging Mixture: In a shallow dish, combine the flour, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to evenly distribute the seasonings.
Cooking
  1. Dredge the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the buttermilk, dredge it in the flour mixture, and shake off the excess.
  2. Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 375 degrees F.
  3. Air Fry the Chicken: Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer, spray with cooking spray, and cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Sauce Preparation
  1. Make the Hot Honey Sauce: In a saucepan over low heat, combine hot sauce, honey, butter, chili powder, and garlic powder, stirring until melted and smooth.
Assembly
