Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  3. Fill each ice cream cone with the batter until about 2/3 full to ensure even baking.
  4. Place the cones in a muffin tin to keep them upright.
Baking
  1. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  2. Let them cool completely before frosting.
Frosting
  1. Frost the cooled cupcakes with frosting and top with sprinkles for decoration.
