Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, celery, grapes, and almonds.
  2. Stir well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
  3. Add Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to taste and mix again.
  4. Spoon the chicken salad onto lettuce leaves or your choice of bread.
  5. Ideally, let the chicken salad sit for about 30 minutes in the fridge before serving.

Notes
