- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, celery, grapes, and almonds.
- Stir well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Add Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to taste and mix again.
- Spoon the chicken salad onto lettuce leaves or your choice of bread.
- Ideally, let the chicken salad sit for about 30 minutes in the fridge before serving.
Notes
Use leftover chicken from a previous meal to save time and reduce waste. Customize it by adding dried cranberries or spinach.
