- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter. Heat in the microwave at 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the mini marshmallows, chopped peanuts, and Rice Krispies until everything is fully combined.
- Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, ensuring it hangs over the edges for easy removal later.
- Pour the mixture into the lined baking dish. Use a spatula to spread it evenly and press it down firmly.
- Refrigerate the dish for at least 1 hour, or until the mixture is firm to the touch.
- Once set, lift the parchment paper to remove the block from the dish and cut into bite-sized squares.
Notes
To maintain freshness, store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Can be frozen for up to three months, separated by parchment paper.
