Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients: bread, cheese, hot honey, and butter.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Layer cheese on the unbuttered side of one slice.
  4. Drizzle hot honey over the cheese.
  5. Top with another slice of bread, butter side facing up.
Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place the sandwich in the skillet, butter side down.
  3. Cook until the bread is golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Flip the sandwich and continue cooking until the cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes more.
