Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Spread ricotta cheese evenly across the dough.
- Drizzle hot honey over the ricotta.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes.
- Check for doneness; the crust should be golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool for a couple of minutes.
Serving
- Slice the pizza into wedges.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and additional hot honey if desired.

Notes
For extra crunch, bake the pizza on a preheated pizza stone. You can store pizza leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 10 minutes for best results.
