  • 2 tablespoons Hot honey Adds a sweet and spicy kick.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For drizzling and enhancing flavor.
  • to taste unit Salt To taste.
  • to taste unit Black pepper For seasoning.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh herbs For garnish and added flavor.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  4. Spread ricotta cheese evenly across the dough.
  5. Drizzle hot honey over the ricotta.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes.
  2. Check for doneness; the crust should be golden brown and crispy.
  3. Remove from oven and allow to cool for a couple of minutes.
Serving
  1. Slice the pizza into wedges.
  2. Garnish with fresh herbs and additional hot honey if desired.
  3. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crunch, bake the pizza on a preheated pizza stone. You can store pizza leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 10 minutes for best results.
