Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and slice cucumbers into 1/4 inch thick rounds.
  2. Rinse cherry tomatoes and slice each tomato in half.
  3. Slice onion into long, thin strips.
  4. Combine cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and onion in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Pour Italian dressing over the vegetables, and add black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Toss the salad gently to ensure all vegetables are coated with dressing.
  7. Cover and chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  8. Serve cold, stirring again before serving for better flavor distribution.

Notes

Chill the serving bowl beforehand for extra crispness and consider adding fresh herbs like basil or parsley before serving. For a bit of spice, include red pepper flakes.
