Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse and pat dry your chicken pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Add chicken pieces to the bowl and coat them well with the spice mix.
  2. Place the coated chicken pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Serving
  1. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes.
  2. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
