  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Adds a savory depth to the seasoning blend.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder Complements the garlic and provides a hint of sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Offers a subtle smokiness and a splash of color.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili powder Optional for an added kick of heat, adjustable to your taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Essential for flavor enhancement in any dish.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper Introduces a peppery bite that balance the other flavors.
  • 2 large Lemons For serving, adding brightness and acidity to the dish.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley For garnish, providing color and a fresh herbaceous note.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. Carefully slice each chicken breast in half from the side to create thinner pieces.
  3. Add the chicken to a bowl with olive oil and the seasoning mix. Toss well to coat.
Cooking
  1. Place the chicken on a large baking tray in a single layer with no overlapping.
  2. Bake for 8–12 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Serving
  1. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving.
  2. Top with chopped parsley and fresh lemon juice, if desired.

Notes

For best results, use a meat thermometer to check for doneness and always let chicken rest before serving to keep it juicy.
