Preparation

- Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites until just combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheese and a pinch of salt.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Over-mixing the egg whites can lead to dense cloud bread. Ensure the egg whites are completely free of yolk for perfect whipping. Serve warm topped with butter, avocado, or deli meats.
