Preparation
  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic to the pot, and cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the riced cauliflower and Worcestershire sauce, cooking until the cauliflower is tender.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
