  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Use any low-carb cheese variety.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Jarred garlic can be a time-saver.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Can be substituted with dried oregano or basil if out.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Baking

Notes

Best served warm right out of the oven. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Can freeze for up to three months.
