Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, almond flour, erythritol, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, eggs, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix until the batter is smooth and well blended, which will take about 2-3 minutes using an electric mixer or whisk.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges begin to turn golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
- Allow the bites to cool in the dish for about 10 minutes before cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut into small squares or bites and serve either warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Tip: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. These bites can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
