Base

  • 1 tsp baking powder Helps with rising; ensure it’s fresh for the best results.
  • pinch salt Balances sweetness and enhances flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and erythritol until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the cream cheese mixture until well mixed.
  6. Gently fold in the sliced strawberries.
  7. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared 8-inch baking dish.
  8. Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the mixture.
Baking
  1. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
