Preparation
  1. Start by thinly slicing the beef against the grain for tenderness.
  2. Mince garlic and ginger, finely chop the green onions, and set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add sesame oil and heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the sliced beef in a single layer to the skillet, stirring until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
