- Stir in the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.

- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serving
- Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Best served hot over rice. Can be served in lettuce cups for a low-carb option. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days or frozen for up to three months.
