  1. Heat the avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.

  3. Add the ground beef, crumbling it with a wooden spoon and cooking until no longer pink, approximately 10 minutes.
  4. Carefully drain excess grease from the skillet.
  5. Stir in brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and crushed red pepper flakes; mix thoroughly.
  6. Cook for a few more minutes until the beef glistens and becomes shiny.
  7. Stir in chopped green onions, reserving some for garnish.
  8. Drizzle additional sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds for added flavor.
Serving
