  • chicken breast
  • butter
  • lemon juice
  • garlic
  • Parmesan cheese
  • parsley

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic; cook about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced chicken breast; cook until browned and cooked through, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in fresh lemon juice; season with salt and pepper to taste.
