Method
- Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Sear chicken in olive oil 3–4 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
- Add garlic to pan, cook 30 seconds. Stir in lemon juice, zest, honey, and broth. Scrape up browned bits.
- Return chicken to skillet. Cover and simmer 10–15 minutes until cooked through.
- Uncover, finish with more lemon zest and juice. Rest before serving.
Notes
Serve with rice, potatoes, or salad. Store in airtight containers for up to 4 days. Freezes well up to 3 months.
