  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Offers an herbal complexity that enhances the overall taste.
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika Brings warmth and color to the dish.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Helps achieve a crispy exterior while keeping the fish moist.
  • 1 piece lemon (sliced) For garnishing and added brightness.
  • to taste minced parsley Adds a fresh, vibrant touch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Pat the white fish pieces dry with paper towels.
  3. Sprinkle the lemon pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika over both sides of the fish.
  4. Drizzle half of the olive oil over one side of the fish and pat the spices onto the fish gently.
  5. Place the fish on a baking sheet, oiled side down. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the tops and pat the spices again.
  6. Scatter lemon slices around the fish on the baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Bake the fish in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until it flakes easily.
Serving
  1. Serve with lemon slices on the side and garnish with minced parsley.

Notes

For best results, use wild-caught fish. You can freeze unbaked, seasoned fish for up to two months.
