Preparation
  1. Defrost the shrimp. If frozen, defrost under cold running water and pat dry.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together flour, white pepper, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Add shrimp and toss to coat.
Cooking
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and butter.
  2. Once the oil is sizzling, add the shrimp and cook until crisp and browned, about 2 minutes per side.
  3. Add lemon zest and lemon juice to the shrimp, stir for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
Serving
