Cooking

- Once the oil is sizzling, add the shrimp and cook until crisp and browned, about 2 minutes per side.
- Add lemon zest and lemon juice to the shrimp, stir for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
Serving
- Serve garnished with lemon slices and parsley.
