Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until wings are crispy and cooked through.
  2. Serve with fresh lemon wedges.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil the wings for the last 2-3 minutes. Experiment with flavored olive oil for added depth. Store leftover wings in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To retain their crispiness, reheat them in the oven rather than the microwave.
