Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Place the rolled-out pizza dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  2. Brush the dough with olive oil, ensuring an even coating.
  3. Spread lemon zest and juice across the dough.
  4. Sprinkle cheese evenly over the top.
  5. Add salt and garnish with fresh parsley.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
Serving
  1. Once cooked, remove from the oven and let cool for a minute.
  2. Cut into slices and serve warm.
  3. Garnish with extra parsley if desired.

Notes

For a crunchier crust, bake the dough for 5 minutes before adding toppings. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
