  1. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Combine tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, and kosher salt in a bowl.
  3. Whisk the ingredients together; it will be thick.
  4. Slowly add cold water while continuing to whisk until desired consistency is achieved.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. If it thickens, whisk in more water. You can also experiment with spices like cumin or chili flakes for variation.
