Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the graham cracker crust by crushing the graham crackers into fine crumbs.
  3. In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter until combined.
  4. Press the mixture into a tart pan, creating an even layer.
  5. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden.
Cooking the filling
  1. While the crust is cooling, scoop the flesh of the avocados into a blender.
  2. Add fresh lime juice and honey to the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no lumps.
  4. Pour the avocado mixture into the cooled crust and spread it evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least an hour to set.
Serving
  1. After chilling, slice the tart into wedges.
  2. Top each slice with a dollop of whipped cream.
  3. Serve immediately, and enjoy the creamy, tangy flavors!

Notes

Make sure to use ripe avocados for the creaminess you desire. Store any leftovers covered to keep the crust from getting soggy. Garnish with lime zest for an extra burst of flavor.
