Main Ingredients
  • 1 ripe mango Opt for a soft, fragrant mango for the best sweetness. Frozen mango chunks work too.
  • 1 lime, juiced If unavailable, lemon juice makes a good substitute.
  • 2 cm piece of ginger, peeled and roughly chopped You can use ginger powder if fresh isn’t on hand.
  • 100 g low-fat Greek-style yogurt Regular yogurt works too, or you can use a dairy-free alternative.
  • 5 fresh mint leaves Feel free to substitute with basil for a unique twist.
Optional Garnish
  • 1 extra mint sprigs For decoration.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Blitz all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Divide between 2 glasses and decorate with a lime slice and fresh mint sprigs, if using.

Notes

For thicker smoothies, use frozen mango. Experiment with other fruits like pineapple or banana for variations. Adjust lime juice to taste.
