Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In a separate bowl, combine the mayo and hot sauce to create the bang bang sauce.
Cooking
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- Dip each chicken piece into the sauce mixture and coat well.
- Coat the sauced chicken pieces in the almond flour mixture, pressing gently.
- Place the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
Serving
- Remove the chicken from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Serve hot with additional bang bang sauce drizzled on top.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and enjoy!
Notes
For extra crunch, double dip chicken in the sauce and almond flour mixture. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Pair with a fresh salad or cauliflower rice for a complete meal.
