  • 1 lb Chicken Breast Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 1 cup Almond Flour For a crispy coating.
  • 2 tbsp Green Onions Chopped, for garnish.
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt For seasoning.
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Adds a touch of heat.
  • 1/4 cup Hot Sauce To taste.
  • 1/2 cup Mayo For the bang bang sauce.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the mayo and hot sauce to create the bang bang sauce.
Cooking
  1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Dip each chicken piece into the sauce mixture and coat well.
  3. Coat the sauced chicken pieces in the almond flour mixture, pressing gently.
  4. Place the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
Serving
  1. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  2. Serve hot with additional bang bang sauce drizzled on top.
  3. Garnish with chopped green onions and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crunch, double dip chicken in the sauce and almond flour mixture. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Pair with a fresh salad or cauliflower rice for a complete meal.
