Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup Plain Yogurt Can substitute with Greek yogurt for a thicker version.
  • 1/2 cup Milk Almond milk or coconut milk can be used as dairy-free alternatives.
  • 1 cup Frozen Mangos Fresh mangos can be used but may yield a different consistency.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Can substitute with agave nectar or maple syrup for a vegan-friendly option.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cardamom Cinnamon can be used as a substitute for a different flavor profile.

Method

Preparation
  1. Add the yogurt, milk, frozen mangoes, honey, and cardamom into a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend at high speed for about 1 minute until you achieve a smooth, silky texture.
  3. If the mango lassi is too thick, add more liquid and blend until you reach the desired thickness. Prefer it thicker? Toss in some ice cubes!
  4. Taste and add additional sweetener if you find it too tangy for your liking. Enjoy!

Notes

Serve in chilled glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of cardamom or slivers of fresh mango. Store leftover Mango Lassi in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
