- Add the yogurt, milk, frozen mangoes, honey, and cardamom into a high-powered blender.
- Blend at high speed for about 1 minute until you achieve a smooth, silky texture.
- If the mango lassi is too thick, add more liquid and blend until you reach the desired thickness. Prefer it thicker? Toss in some ice cubes!
- Taste and add additional sweetener if you find it too tangy for your liking. Enjoy!
Notes
Serve in chilled glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of cardamom or slivers of fresh mango. Store leftover Mango Lassi in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
