- In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, yogurt, milk, sugar, cardamom powder, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Pour the mango lassi mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
- To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.

Serve these popsicles as a delightful snack during hot afternoons or as a refreshing dessert after dinner. Store uneaten popsicles in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.
