Preparation
  1. In a food processor, add honey (or maple syrup) and cottage cheese. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add in most of the mango chunks and pulse a few times to combine, making it as smooth or as chunky as you like.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling each mold adequately.
  4. Place the molds in the freezer for at least 3 hours or overnight until completely set.
  5. When ready to enjoy, let the popsicles thaw for 3 to 5 minutes before biting into them.
  6. Optional: For extra creaminess, strain the cottage cheese with a cheese cloth or nut milk bag before blending.

Notes

Use high-quality mangoes for the best flavor. Experiment with additional flavors like herbs or different fruits. Store in the freezer and enjoy within two months.
