Method

Preparation
  1. Gather all ingredients on your counter for an organized cooking experience.
Blending
  1. In a blender, combine 1 ½ cups of plain nonfat yogurt, frozen mango chunks, lime juice, and 2 tablespoons of honey. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  2. Once the mixture is smooth, add 1 cup of plain nonfat yogurt to enhance creaminess. Blend again until fully integrated.
  3. Gently fold in the 2 cups of frozen strawberries.
  4. Taste the mixture, adding the additional 1 tablespoon of honey if you need more sweetness. Blend briefly to incorporate.
Freezing
  1. Pour the yogurt mixture into an airtight container, smoothing the top with a spatula. Cover with a lid and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until set.
Serving
  1. Once frozen, let the yogurt sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes for easier scooping. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a dairy-free alternative, consider using coconut yogurt or almond yogurt instead. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer, pressing plastic wrap directly onto the surface before sealing.
