Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and mince the garlic.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken breasts and cook for 5–7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Remove the chicken and add minced garlic to the skillet, sautéing for about 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir in sun-dried tomatoes and Italian seasoning; simmer for 3–5 minutes.
  5. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth, then add the chicken back to the skillet, coating it in the sauce.
Serving
  1. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh basil.
  2. Serve hot over pasta, rice, or enjoy it solo!
  3. Pair with a side salad for a complete meal.

Notes
