Preparation
- Gather all your ingredients.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and mince the garlic.
Cooking
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chicken breasts and cook for 5–7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken and add minced garlic to the skillet, sautéing for about 30 seconds.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir in sun-dried tomatoes and Italian seasoning; simmer for 3–5 minutes.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth, then add the chicken back to the skillet, coating it in the sauce.
Serving
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh basil.
- Serve hot over pasta, rice, or enjoy it solo!
- Pair with a side salad for a complete meal.
Notes
