Preparation
  1. Rinse and prepare the chickpeas. Start by rinsing and draining the chickpeas in a colander.
  2. Place them in a large salad bowl. Next, add the quartered cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, finely sliced red onion, optional sweet peppers, crumbled feta, and chopped parsley.
