Base Ingredients
  • 4 pieces Flatbread Store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil To drizzle on flatbread
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
Toppings
  • 1 cup Olives Any type works (green, black, Kalamata)
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese Crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Sun-dried Tomatoes Substitute with fresh tomatoes if desired
  • 1 teaspoon Herbs (oregano or basil) Fresh or dried
  • to taste Salt For seasoning
  • to taste Pepper For seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the flatbread and spread minced garlic evenly on top.
  4. Layer with olives, crumbled feta cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes.
  5. Sprinkle herbs, salt, and pepper over the top.
Baking
  1. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are crispy and the cheese is melted.
  2. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

Leftover Mediterranean Flatbread Pizza can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. You can also freeze it before baking for up to two months.
