Preparation

- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the flatbread and spread minced garlic evenly on top.
- Layer with olives, crumbled feta cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Sprinkle herbs, salt, and pepper over the top.
Baking
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Leftover Mediterranean Flatbread Pizza can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. You can also freeze it before baking for up to two months.
