Method
 

Preparation
  1. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create a tasty marinade.
  2. Marinate the chicken breasts in this mix for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Cook the quinoa according to package instructions and set aside.
Cooking
  1. Grill or pan-fry the marinated chicken until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes on each side.
  2. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before slicing.
