Grilling
- Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Assembly
- On each bottom bun, place a romaine lettuce leaf, add a chicken patty, top with chipotle mayo, mashed avocado, and pico de gallo. Finish with the top bun.
