Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Getting it hot ensures that the casserole cooks evenly.
  2. In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom.
  3. Layer half of the ravioli over the sauce.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, then spread half of the mixture over the ravioli.
  5. Sprinkle with a layer of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, finishing with a layer of cheese on top.
Cooking
  1. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  2. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  3. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with a light salad or steamed vegetables. Leftovers can last in the fridge for up to four days. This dish can be frozen before baking for up to three months.
