Preparation
  1. Wash all your berries thoroughly under cold water.
  2. Hull and slice the strawberries into quarters.
  3. Measure out the blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
  4. Chop the fresh mint, if using, and set aside.
  5. Dry the berries gently with a paper towel or clean kitchen cloth.
Assembly
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
  2. Drizzle the honey over the berries if desired.
  3. Gently toss everything together to avoid squishing the berries.
  4. Add the chopped mint and mix lightly.
  5. Allow the salad to sit for about 5 minutes for the flavors to meld.
Serving
  1. Transfer to a serving bowl or individual cups.
  2. Garnish with some mint leaves.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy while fresh.
